We offer a number of building options to suit everyone, including Designer Homes, Energy Efficient Homes (eHaus) and our newly launched Transportable Homes.

For our Designer Homes and eHaus we can offer our maximum price contract, providing complete financial transparency with all cost savings passed directly back to you. Throughout the build process you’ll have access to all invoices, empowering you with transparency and control. If we discover cost savings along the way, you’ll have the flexibility to decide how to utilize them, whether it’s upgrading your kitchen appliances, tiling bathroom walls, or lowering the overall build cost.
PCM also offers a traditional Fixed Price Building Contract, which is better suited for our Transportable Homes.
With all three building options PCM boasts a professional team of business partners, including consultants like architects and engineers, as well as reliable sub - contractors and suppliers. Our NZCB approved builders allow us to offer a Halo guarantee, which is New Zealand’s most comprehensive 10 - year residential guarantee. This unique cover serves as a safety net for your project.
Our Preliminary Building Agreement (PBA) stands as an important starting point and a distinctive feature of PCM’s. The PBA provides you with information about our Company, our unique Guaranteed Maximum Priced Contract, all upfront costs, and provides an outline of the build process, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.
